I'm a new mom with a mission and that mission is to find out if its possible to shed the baby weight in 30 days (Like the celebrities seem to be able to do). I will attempt to do this through diet and exercise ALONE. That means no diet pills, no diet drinks ect. After going through the challenge of pregnancy and childbirth, I am looking for a new challenge.
