Day 7 - Hardcore Circuit - Legs, Back & Chest




So, we are snowed in today! I found a workout I can do indoors for the most part. The workout includes:

* Jumping Rope ( I will do jumping jacks instead because I lack the space)
- Jump Rope - 1 Minute or
- Jumping Jacks - 50
* Lunges with dumbbells - 15 reps for each leg
* Bent over dumbbell rows - 15 reps
* Pushups - 15 reps

Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

To increase your fat burning rate, perform jumping rope or jumping jacks between each exercise. For a detailed version of this workout, visit:
